I have an associate-researcher position at the Takuvik laboratory. Takuvik was created by University Laval (UL, Canada) and the Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique (CRNS, France) as a joint laboratory studying the Arctic ecosystems. It was launched on January 1, 2011. The Canadian Excellence Research Chair in remote sensing of Canada's new Arctic frontier, is one of the keystones of the program Takuvik, which is located at UL, in Québec city, Canada. My field of research encompasses marine optics, remote sensing of ocean colour and its application to ocean
observation and monitoring, with an emphasize on the Arctic Oceans. I have also developped skills to use various types of satellite data dedicated to Earth Observations such as sea-surface temperature, sea-ice concentration, solar radiation, wind fields, cloud and aerosol properties, salinity and more...
